As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal components while ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and customer specifications.

Position Summary:
As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal components while ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and customer specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components
- Utilize TIG welding techniques as required
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, drawings, and fabrication layouts
- Measure, mark, fit, and position materials for welding and assembly
- Set up and operate welding equipment, fixtures, jigs, and hand tools
- Inspect finished welds and completed assemblies for quality and specification compliance
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to safely move material throughout the facility
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Follow all safety procedures and properly utilize required PPE
- Support additional fabrication and production activities as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of welding experience in a steel fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial environment
- Strong MIG welding experience required
- TIG welding experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Experience using measuring tools and performing quality inspections
- Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Ability to pass required vision, hearing, and mobility assessments
- Ability to safely lift weight up to 50 pounds on a regular basis

- Reading comprehension
- Basic math
- Measurement and inspection skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities
- Selected candidates will participate in a registered apprenticeship program as part of the onboarding process
Schedule:
- 1st Shift | Monday-Thursday| 6:30 am – 5:00 pm
Compensation:
- $26.00-$29.00 per hour, based on experience
