Warehouse Worker – Salisbury, NC
Pay: $16 per hour
Schedule: Monday | Tuesday | Thursday | Friday | Saturday – 9:00am-6:00pm
Overview:
As a Warehouse Worker, you will be primarily working on the production line cutting and arranging, or re-packaging orders for shipment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and reliable, with strong hand-eye coordination and a proven record of good attendance.
Candidates must be fluent in Spanish or bilingual in English/Spanish

- Working on the production line
- Cutting flowers and arranging them for customer orders to ship
- Re-packaging orders for shipment
- Build and assemble boxes for production needs.
- Stack and wrap pallets once box-building tasks are completed.
- Work safely and efficiently in a cold storage environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills to meet daily production goals.
- Be prepared for overtime when needed to meet production demands.
Key Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials throughout the shift.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Strong attendance and reliability are required.
- Comfortable working in cold storage conditions.
- Fluent Spanish or bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Previous warehouse or palletizing experience
