Job Summary
We are searching for Warehouse Operations Specialist in Charlotte, NC for a leading warehouse distribution facility in Charlotte, NC. We have available positions supporting shipping and receiving, assembly, and inventory ensuring the continuous and accurate movement of product delivering high-quality products in accordance with customer specifications.
Shipping & Receiving
- Prepare and package outgoing orders
- Load/unload trucks and verify shipment accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area
Assembly –
- Perform one-line assembly of electrical components
- Follow safety and quality standards
- Work efficiently to meet production goals
Inventory –
- Receive and stock incoming materials
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Organize warehouse shelves and bins
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Must have a stable work history (minimal job hopping)
- Previous hands-on experience in role working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable with both heavy and light lifting
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Steel-toed boots/shoes required; additional PPE provided
Shifts & Pay:
- Shipping: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | $15.00/hr.
- Assembly: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | $17.00/hr.
- Inventory: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM | $15.50/hr.
