Position Summary

In this position, you will oversee all warehouse activities. This can include unloading and loading trucks, directing all warehouse employees, training employees, and working with outside vendors.  

Key Responsibilities
  • Completing incoming inspection testing, confirmation of certificate of conformance and reconciliation of receiving/purchase documentation
  • Training forklift operators on SAP and warehouse operations
  • Provide employees relations support headcount management, growth, and workforce planning
  • Provide employee relations support including but not limited to conflict resolution, coaching, etc.  
  • Working with leadership to support headcount management, growth, and workforce planning  
  • Help develop efficiency via SOPs for daily warehouse operations  
  • Documenting each delivery (Packing Slip etc.) to support computer system entries  
  • Completing daily receiving entries in computer system  
  • Maintaining raw material and critical supply inventories  
  • Maintaining and cleaning inventory area, inventory organization and racking, inventory cycle counting and reporting, monthly inventory accounting  
  • Ensure departments compliance and adherence to all policies including but not limited to: GMP, PPE, Food safety, Sanitation, etc.  
  • Performing physical counts of raw material and tag controls  
  • Preparing sequentially numbered paperwork in SAP system, management of packaging materials inventories, packaging of product to be shipped, and arrangement of transportation services  
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA regulations, PPE requirements, and company policies.  
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check  
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English  
  • Excellent communication and employee-facing skills  
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a managerial role in warehouse or logistics  
  • Forklift experience required  
  • Experience with coaching and conflict resolution • Experience using SAP or other ERP Management System
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office suite
Employment Type & Compensation
  • Full-Time | Direct Hire position  
  • Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000 per year, based on experience
  • Application Period: This position will remain open until filled  
Work Schedule
  • Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
