Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled warehouse Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining production equipment, including conveyors, wrapping machines, air compressors, and glue machines. You’ll also play a key role in developing the maintenance team, creating preventive maintenance schedules, and supporting overall production efficiency.
While your primary focus will be on production machinery, you may occasionally assist with light facility maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, or carpentry.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain production machinery to ensure efficient operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in developing and implementing maintenance programs.
- Support the creation and execution of preventive maintenance schedules.
- Occasionally perform light facility maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, or carpentry work.
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in production machine repair.
- Experience with Smipack and Poly Pack machines is a plus but not required.
- Ability to help develop and implement structured maintenance programs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
