Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Field Support Associate to join our team in Addison, TX. This role combines warehouse operations—including fabrication, shipping and receiving, and inventory management—with field support in high-end residential settings. The ideal candidate is hands-on, professional, and eager to learn and grow within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse operations including fabrication, assembly support, shipping/receiving, and inventory management
- Accurately pick, pack, label, and organize materials for outgoing shipments and field installations
- Maintain inventory accuracy by tracking materials, conducting cycle counts, and updating records as needed
- Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials for projects and deliveries
- Provide on-site field support in high-end residential environments, assisting with installation, setup, and job site organization
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized warehouse and work environment while supporting team operations
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs. and performing demanding tasks.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Forklift experience or certification preferred (training provided if needed).
- Professional demeanor, especially when working in client homes.
- Clean driving record (CDL is a plus but not required).
Schedule & Compensation
- Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
- Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm
- Pay Rate: $25.00-$28.00 per hour, based on experience
