We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tech Assembler 2 to support electro-mechanical assembly operations in a high-performance manufacturing environment. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to interpret technical documentation, and a commitment to quality and safety standards
Responsibilities
- Assemble products and subassemblies using hand and power tools.
- Read and follow job orders, schematics, and work instructions.
- Install wire labels and device tags accurately.
- Inspect work to ensure quality and ISO compliance.
- Maintain production pace and a safe, organized workspace.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Industry experience with electro-mechanical components
- Demonstrated project or hands-on assembly experience.
- Proficiency in installing wire labels and device tags.
- Ability to read and understand metrics and standard tape measures.
- Ability to identify wire colors and understand wiring conventions.
- Confident in the use of hand tools and all required power tools.
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
- Understanding wire gauges, ampacities, and application requirements.
- Basic understanding of PLCs, VFDs, circuit breakers, and their roles in control systems.
- Knowledge of enclosure type ratings and differences.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to comprehend complex tasks.
- Good interpersonal skills; works well in teams
- Basic computer skills.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
