Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping / Receiving Coordinator to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, ensuring safe and timely deliveries. You will coordinate outbound transportation activities to include Creation of BOLs, working with truck drivers, closing of paperwork in the system, loading trailers, and assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.

You will coordinate outbound transportation activities to include Creation of BOLs, working with truck drivers, closing of paperwork in the system, loading trailers, and assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating deliveries, including scheduling carrier pickups and dropping off packages at carrier hubs
- Creating shipping documentation, such as bills of lading (BOL), customs forms and packing lists
- Managing inventory or collaborating with inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels
- Closing out paperwork in the system
- Loading/unloading trailers
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous Shipping/Receiving Coordinator experience or similar role.
- Ability to operate a forklift or ability to obtain forklift certification
- Attention to detail
- Leadership skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Must have time management/planning/organizational skills
- Knowledge of general shipping practices and major carriers
- Be able to take instruction in written and spoken English
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work for extended periods standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting
Schedule
- Days | 7:30am-4:00pm | Monday- Friday
