Job Summary
We are searching for an efficient Shipping Clerk to join our logistics team immediately in Huntersville. This role is critical to our weekend day shift operations, handling clerical tasks, SAP processing, and shipping/receiving records essential for our distribution success.

- Manage driver check-ins and paperwork verification.
- Generate and organize shipping and receiving documentation.
- Update and maintain vendor and customer records in SAP.
- Prepare specific inventory and finished goods reports.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless package receipt.
- Ensure all filing systems remain organized and compliant.
- Adhere to strict GMP, PPE, and food safety protocols.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP Inventory Management experience is a plus.
- Prior experience with SAP Business One is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain high accuracy in data entry under deadlines.
- Strong team-player mentality with the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Schedule: Friday – Sunday | 6:00am-6:00pm
