Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate driver arrivals and validate all shipping paperwork.
- Produce documentation for all shipping and receiving activities.
- Maintain real-time customer and vendor data within SAP.
- Generate reports for inventory management and finished goods.
- Work alongside warehouse teams to manage package receipts.
- Maintain secure and organized electronic and physical files.
- Strictly follow all facility policies, including GMPs and food safety standards.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Strong MS Office skills: SAP Business One experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to learn and master SAP Inventory Management software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and math skills.
- Effective communicator with a high level of professional discretion.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Commitment to accuracy and teamwork.

- Day | Monday-Thursday | 6:00am-6:00pm
- Night | Monday-Thursday | 6:00pm-6:00am
- Weekend Day | Friday–Sunday | 6:00am–6:00pm
- Weekend Night | Friday-Sunday | 6:00pm–6:00am
