Job Summary  

We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent (K-12 Renovation) to provide on-site coordination for large-scale commercial and institutional construction projects across DFW, TX. This role oversees daily field operations from start-up through punch-out, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, on budget, and at the highest level of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of civic and/or K-12 commercial construction projects, ensuring delivery within established timelines and budgets
  • Negotiate, write, and execute subcontract agreements with a clear understanding of project scope and risk
  • Read, interpret, and apply drawings and specifications to ensure constructability and compliance
  • Coordinate with project teams and clients to maintain open communication and resolve issues promptly
  • Utilize project management software and tools such as Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Procore to track progress and manage documentation
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to support smooth project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with CMAR and/or Design/Build delivery methods as required

Qualifications & Skills
  • 10+ years of construction experience with 5+ years in a supervisory role
  • Proven experience managing K–12 schools and institutional projects (colleges, municipalities, healthcare, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and documentation (RFIs, ASIs, submittals)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Procore
  • Experience with CMAR and/or Design-Build delivery methods
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • Valid driver’s license; must be willing to travel within DFW Metroplex

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: $165,000 – $175,000, based on experience
  • Full-time exempt role (not eligible for overtime)
