We are seeking an experienced Senior PM with institutional or higher-education experience who can manage multi-unit campus projects, complex stakeholders, and phased construction in an active Denton environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of a higher-education construction project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution across a multi-unit campus environment.
- Coordinate closely with owners, campus stakeholders, architects, engineers, and inspectors to resolve issues and maintain project alignment.
- Lead internal project teams and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous Experience Needed:
10+ years of construction project management experience with exposure to higher education, institutional, or large campus environments. Proven ability to manage multi-building or phased projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and lead project teams through full project life cycles. - Certifications Needed:
PMP, CCM, or similar project management certification preferred. OSHA 30 is strongly preferred. - Licenses Required:
Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to Denton campus and project-related meetings. - Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools (MS Project or Primavera P6) to manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and multi-phase schedules.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating owners, architects, inspectors, and campus representatives.
- Ability to manage complex, occupied or phased higher-education projects while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality.
