Job Summary
We are searching for a Senior Production Technician to support manufacturing operations on 2nd shift. In this position, you will serve as a key contributor on the production floor supporting PreAssembly operations through ability in process execution, quality assurance, documentation, and teamwork.

We are searching for a Senior Production Technician to support manufacturing operations on 2nd shift. In this position, you will serve as a key contributor on the production floor supporting PreAssembly operations through ability in process execution, quality assurance, documentation, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute production tasks in alignment with production schedules and priorities
- Review and understand job orders and specifications
- Interact with EPICOR (ERP) by accurately badging in and out of active job orders
- Read, understand, and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) needed to safely and properly assemble products
- Complete, maintain, and verify all required PreAssembly documentation
- Safely and proficiently operate hand tools and power tools used in assembly operations
- Perform and document inprocess quality control checks and inspections
- Ensure assemblies meet required specifications and escalate issues as needed
- Support continuous quality improvement through attention to detail and process discipline
- Collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot issues and solve production challenges
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read instructions, safely operate equipment, and visually inspect components and subassemblies
- Strong attention to detail with accuracy and timeliness in completing work assignments
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on an intermittent basis
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend plant directives in English
- Ability to effectively use a tape measure and perform basic math
- Basic understanding of blueprints, mechanical assembly, and electrical assembly
- Comfortable with frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift | Monday – Thursday | 3:30pm-2:00am
