We are hiring a dependable Senior Machine Operator to support daily production operations at a manufacturing facility in Huntersville, NC. This organization is a global leader in the manufacturing of advanced textile reinforcement products, serving a wide range of industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, run, and perform routine maintenance on production machinery.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Partner with engineering, quality assurance, and production staff to address challenges and drive improvements.
- Follow established standard operating procedures and contribute to their ongoing development.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for greater efficiency.
- Provide training and technical guidance to junior operators without direct supervisory duties.
- Accurately record production, quality, and maintenance activities.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing in textile environment preferred
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Attention to detail, process adherence, and quality control.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., bend, stoop, and reach.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Team-oriented with a solid work ethic and communication skills.
- A minimum of 3 consecutive years of experience at the same employer, demonstrating stability and long-term contribution.
