We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This person will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between marketing and sales by creating and executing initiatives that drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, have a strong understanding of both sales and marketing processes, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Marketing Alignment:
o Act as a liaison between the sales and marketing teams to ensure strategies are aligned and support overall business goals.
o Work with sales leadership to understand their needs and ensure marketing efforts align with the sales process.
o Ensure marketing materials, campaigns, and messaging are effectively supporting sales initiatives.
o Implement feedback loops to continuously improve the alignment and flow of information between the teams.
o Act as a liaison between the sales and marketing teams to ensure strategies are aligned and support overall business goals.
o Work with sales leadership to understand their needs and ensure marketing efforts align with the sales process.
o Ensure marketing materials, campaigns, and messaging are effectively supporting sales initiatives.

Campaign Management and Execution:
o Develop and execute marketing initiatives designed to generate/convert leads, accelerate sales cycles, and support business development (BD) efforts.
o Track and analyze the performance of sales-focused marketing campaigns, reporting on KPIs and ROI.
o Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are properly executed, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
BD Rep Support:
o Assist Business Development Representatives (BDRs) by providing targeted sales collateral, tailored messaging, and other marketing support to help them achieve sales goals.
o Develop and maintain a resource library for BDRs, including case studies, sales decks, and email templates.
o Train and educate BDRs on new marketing campaigns, tools, and strategies that can aid in their sales efforts.
Collaboration & Strategy:
o Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns reflect customer pain points and needs, effectively driving sales opportunities.
o Partner with sales leadership to refine lead scoring models and marketing-qualified lead (MQL) definitions.
o Help identify trends and opportunities based on sales and marketing data to refine go-to-market strategies.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or sales operations, preferably in B2B environments
• Proven experience in campaign management, content development, and sales alignment
• Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working closely with sales teams, specifically Business Development Representatives or Account Executives
• Knowledge of lead generation tactics and metrics
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools (Seismic, SalesLoft, etc.)
