Safety Coordinator | Construction – Chandler, AZ
Pay: $70K-$85K per year DOE
Schedule: 10-Hour Shifts, Monday-Friday, Weekend Availability

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Safety Coordinator with strong leadership skills to support construction operations. This role is critical in ensuring a safe working environment across all job sites and facilities. The Safety Coordinator will work closely with the Safety Director to implement and monitor health and safety protocols, conduct inspections, and support compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular safety inspections across field, shop, and office locations.
  • Lead and participate in job site safety meetings.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining site-specific safety plans.
  • Support training initiatives aligned with the construction safety management system.
  • Investigate incidents and coordinate workers’ compensation claims.
  • Monitor equipment and schedule maintenance.
  • Maintain contingency and recovery plans.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure compliance and corrective actions.
Key Requirements: 
  • 2+ years in safety and health program management.
  • 5+ years in construction safety.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and local safety regulations.
  • CPR/First Aid certified.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in commercial or civil construction projects.
