Position Summary
Our client is seeking a Quality Technician to support inspection activities throughout the manufacturing process. This position will perform receiving, in process, and final inspections while ensuring products meet customer specifications and internal quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections throughout the manufacturing process
- Inspect finished components using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measuring equipment
- Interpret engineering drawings and product specifications
- Complete inspection records and maintain accurate quality documentation
- Assist with nonconformance reporting and communicate quality concerns to production
- Utilize ERP and quality management software to document inspection activities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all company and OSHA safety standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including PPE requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Manufacturing quality or inspection experience preferred
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
- Computer proficiency with ERP or quality management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in aerospace, medical device, machining, or precision manufacturing environments is preferred
Employment Type & Compensation
- Type of Employment: This is a Full-Time | Direct Hire position
- Compensation: $41,600.00 – $54,080.00 per year, based on experience
- Application Period: This position will remain open until filled
Work Schedule
- 1st Shift | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
