NCW is searching for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to support production and ensure materials and finished products meet quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Inspect parts and materials per job specs
- Measure components using calipers, micrometers, and tapes
- Monitor machine operations for accuracy
- Complete work orders and production documentation
- Report quality issues and maintain a clean, safe workspace
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic quality or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents; safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Comfortable with measurements, fractions, and ratios
- Forklift, overhead crane, side loader experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- PPE required (hard hat, safety shoes, safety glasses)
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:30am-4:00pm
