Project Manager
Location: Batesville, Indiana (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who can manage multiple projects, drive results, and contribute to a collaborative, team-focused environment.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $110,000 – $130,000
  • Bonus: 10% performance-based
  • PTO: 15 days + standard holidays
  • Healthcare: Company-paid
  • Retirement: 401(k) with company match
  • Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office)
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple mid-sized construction projects simultaneously
  • Coordinate all phases of construction, including planning, execution, and closeout
  • Assist with bidding, estimating, and subcontractor selection
  • Track project budgets, schedules, and overall performance
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Support senior leadership in maintaining project profitability
Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in construction
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Experience supporting project financials, including estimating and cost control
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Experience in K-12 or healthcare construction is preferred
  • Concrete and masonry experience is a plus
