Key Responsibilities
• Support Project Manager and Superintendent with on-site coordination and project documentation
• Assist with submittals, RFIs, change order management, and progress tracking
• Maintain project schedules and ensure timely material and equipment procurement
• Work closely with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to planning, coordination, and safety compliance
• Ensure project records and reporting are accurate, organized, and up to date

Qualifications

• Experience supporting field and office operations on active construction projects
• Construction Management degree preferred but not required
• Healthcare construction experience preferred but not required
• Proficiency in construction software tools such as Timberline, Suretrack, Microsoft Office, and Sage preferred but not required
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong working relationships
• 2–3 years of commercial construction experience required
