Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Production Leader to oversee daily paint and finishing operations while supporting quality, safety, and productivity goals. This role leads by example, supports team development, and ensures production flow across paint, powder, and finishing processes.

We are seeking a hands-on Production Leader to oversee daily paint and finishing operations while supporting quality, safety, and productivity goals. This role leads by example, supports team development, and ensures production flow across paint, powder, and finishing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support painters, packers, and parts hangers to meet daily production goals
- Learn all departmental roles and step in as needed to maintain workflow
- Train, coach, and provide direction to team members
- Set daily priorities, work assignments, and quality expectations
- Perform in-process and final quality inspections
- Support paint, powder coating, and finishing operations as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior team lead, training, or coaching experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Forklift experience or certification (stand-up preferred)
- Experience in paint, powder coating, or metal finishing (preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and identify parts (preferred)
- Ability to stand, move, and work in warm environments for 10-hour shifts
Additional Qualifications
- Comfortable operating forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, ladders, and material-handling equipment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Dependable, safety-focused, and confident providing work direction
