We are seeking a dependable Production Associate to support our clients’ manufacturing operations. This role focuses on operating hat blocking equipment and assisting with packing and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a dependable Production Associate to support our clients’ manufacturing operations. This role focuses on operating hat blocking equipment and assisting with packing and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate hat blocking machines to shape and form hats
- Pack, label, and prepare finished hats for shipment
- Use basic scanners or warehouse systems to track inventory and orders
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements
Requirements:
- 6+ months of production or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a hands-on environment
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting as needed
- Experience with scanners or WMS is a plus
- Ability to lift weight up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work for extended periods standing
- Required PPE; closed toe shoes, safety goggles
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday | 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
Compensation:
- $17.00 per hour
