Job Title: Printer Operator
Location: Concord, NC
Salary: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00am-6:00pm

Job Summary
As a Printer Operator, you will be responsible for the operation and the maintenance of various printer production equipment including Screenprint, D4 Digital Four Color, H4 Heat Transfer, Foil, Laser X, and Laser 360. Applicants must be bilingual (English/Spanish and able to follow instruction in English and Spanish, verbally and written.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup, operate, and perform maintenance task of various production printer equipment
- Read, interpret, and understand work instructions and gather materials needed
- Check machine before setup to ensure the integrity of the machine and ability to produce a high-quality product
- Operation and maintenance of printing equipment including Screenprint, D4 Digital Four Color, H4 Heat Transfer, Foil, Laser X, and Laser360.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in a printing role, preferably with knowledge of the printing techniques mentioned.
- Must be Bi-lingual (English/Spanish).
- Must be able to follow instructions in English/Spanish, verbally and written.
- Must have excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to handle printing equipment and materials.
