Position Summary
Spanish-speaking production opportunity in Concord, NC! We are looking for dependable and hardworking Packaging Staff (Light Lifters) to join a production team. No previous experience is required, and training is provided. This is a hands-on position focused on packaging products safely and accurately while supporting daily production goals.
Spanish speaking is required, including the ability to understand and follow workplace instructions. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble and build master cartons for shipment.
- Repack ceramic and glass products into larger cartons as needed.
- Fill cartons with appropriate packing materials to protect products during shipping.
- Apply and organize correct shipping labels on packages.
- Perform repetitive packing, gripping, bending, and stooping throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Requirements:
- No previous experience required; training provided.
- Spanish speaking required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Ability to lift and move 25-50 lbs., regularly, and occasionally above shoulder height.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift and perform repetitive bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.
- Comfortable working around moving machinery in a production environment.
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to work well with a team.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet daily productivity goals.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday | 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
- Overtime as needed
Compensation:
- $16.00 per hour
