Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Order Picker Operator to join our team. This position plays a key role in contributing to the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient flow of products within the facility. In this role, you will be responsible for operating an order picker (cherry picker) forklift to accurately locate and select items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, packing and repacking orders, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, packing and repacking orders, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Operate an order picker (cherry picker) to accurately locate and select products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders
- Safely and efficiently select products from inventory based on order specifications
- Use handheld scanners or other equipment to verify items and update inventory records
- Prepare orders for shipment by packing items securely and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- Previous experience operating a forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Proven experience operating an Order Picker (Cherry Picker) forklift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order selection and packing
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Basic computer skills for using inventory management systems or scanners
- Organizational and time management skills
Schedule
- 3rd shift | 10:00pm-6:30am | Sunday – Thursday
