Job Summary  


We are seeking an experienced NetSuite ERP Administrator to support and optimize the NetSuite ERP environment for an established manufacturing organization. This individual will serve as the primary internal owner of NetSuite, partnering closely with accounting, operations, and manufacturing teams to effectively support material planning, financial processes, and reporting needs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and support NetSuite ERP to ensure system stability and data integrity
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls within NetSuite
  • Collaborate with accounting to support financial workflows, reporting, and month-end processes
  • Develop and maintain reports and saved searches using NetSuite reporting tools and SQL
  • Support system integrations, including SPS Commerce
  • Maintain familiarity with BlendApps BarTender label integration
  • Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Assist with documentation, system improvements, and ERP best practices
  • Provide basic Microsoft Active Directory support, including user account management
  • Assist with endpoint management and user connectivity when needed

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience (required)
  • Experience supporting ERP systems within a manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of material management, inventory control, and production workflows
  • Working knowledge of accounting processes within NetSuite
  • Experience working directly with cross-functional business units
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Power Query

Preferred
  • SQL experience for reporting and data analysis
  • Experience with SPS Commerce integrations
  • Familiarity with BarTender label integration
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory administration and endpoint support
