Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for material coordination within the assigned area.
- Support, guide, and organize material handlers to meet daily production and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, shipping/receiving, and cross-functional teams to prioritize material movement.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of materials for production, staging, and shipping.
- Maintain accurate material transactions and workflow updates within ERP systems.
- Read and interpret production schedules, SOPs, job travelers, and pick lists to coordinate workflow.
- Uphold and reinforce process standards, accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain organized, clean, and properly stocked warehouse and staging areas.
- Adhere to all safety standards and PPE requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in material coordination within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, guide, and support material handling teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as Epicor and Elliott for material transactions.
- Experience operating material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, carts).
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to read and interpret production documentation and system-generated assignments.
- Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory flow, and international shipping logistics.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail with solid math skills for interpreting process sheets and tally documents.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform frequent physical activity including standing, bending, and reaching.
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with PPE standards.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift | 5:00am-3:30pm | Monday-Thursday
