About the Opportunity
Our client, an established and well-respected commercial general contractor with over 50 years of experience, is seeking a Lead Superintendent to oversee a ground-up multifamily community project located on the Pueblo of Acoma in New Mexico.
This role will lead the project from site work through completion, ensuring strong jobsite leadership, quality construction, and on-time project delivery. The project is approximately $8M and will consist of a multi-building residential community with full site development.
Once this project is completed, the superintendent will transition into larger ground-up commercial construction projects within the company’s pipeline across the Southwest.
This role is ideal for a hands-on field leader who takes ownership of the jobsite, leads subcontractors effectively, and maintains strong daily oversight of construction activities.
Position Overview
The Lead Superintendent will manage all field operations from start to finish, including site work, vertical construction, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, and schedule management.
Construction is expected to begin with site work in April and vertical construction beginning in August, so the ideal candidate is able to start within the next 2–4 weeks.
After successful completion of this project, the individual will have the opportunity to move into larger commercial ground-up projects as part of the company’s long-term growth and project pipeline.
