Job Summary
As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and applying paint coatings to aluminum architectural products, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet company standards. Responsibilities will include reviewing paperwork for paint exposures to properly paint the product, prepare the parts to be painted, load and unload parts on the line, mixing paint and paint parts as they move down the assembly line, clean out paint pots, booths, lines, and perform maintenance and rebuild paint equipment as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and apply paint coatings to aluminum architectural products
- Ensure high-quality finishes according to company standards
- Review paperwork for paint exposures to properly paint the product
- Prepare the parts to be painted
- Load and unload parts on the line
- Clean out paint pots, booths, lines
- Perform maintenance and rebuild equipment as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized ensuring a safe working environment
Required Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 1-6 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Body shop and painting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of using spray paints and experience in mixing paints.
- Knowledge of spray-painting techniques and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical drawings.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
