  • 100% local. Need to have large healthcare experience. They work with pretty much all of the major hospital networks in the Southeast
  • Said they don't want anyone who's had more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years and probably 3 jobs in the last 10 is about the most they can do
  • Open to candidates relocating from anywhere and would be willing to pay for that
  • Bonus between 15-20% depending on Superintendent level 
  • Interview process is 2 in-person interviews
