Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable General Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and material flow in an industrial warehouse environment. This role is designed for candidates with hands-on warehouse or distribution experience who are comfortable working around powered industrial equipment. Equipment used may include reach trucks, counterbalance forklifts, and pallet jacks. Side loader experience is considered a plus, particularly for candidates supporting material handling or loading functions.

Side loader experience is considered a plus, particularly for candidates supporting material handling or loading functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment
- Receive inbound inventory, verify quantities, and accurately tag and label materials
- Pick, stage, and prepare outbound orders according to work orders and shipping documentation
- Transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse to support production and shipping needs
- Perform inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, and shipments using the warehouse system
- Assist in maintaining material availability to prevent production or shipping delays
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in an industrial warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing setting preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus, including reach truck and counterbalance forklifts
- Experience with pallet jacks required; side loader experience is a plus for material handling or loading roles
- Ability to safely operate or be trained on powered industrial equipment
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking, tagging, and shipping/receiving functions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying materials
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment
- Steel-toe boots and required PPE must be always worn
