Job Summary
We are seeking reliable General Laborers on our 2nd Shift to support shipping, receiving, and material flow in an industrial warehouse environment. In this position you will be onloading/offloading materials from machines or deburr, grind, and/or cleaning parts. This role involves operating equipment such as overhead cranes and forklifts, handling inventory, maintaining production line equipment, and performing various related tasks.

In this position you will be onloading/offloading materials from machines or deburr, grind, and/or cleaning parts. This role involves operating equipment such as overhead cranes and forklifts, handling inventory, maintaining production line equipment, and performing various related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Material Handling – Operate overhead cranes, forklifts to load and unload materials
- Inventory Management – Receives incoming inventory, ensuring proper tagging and documentation
- Production Support – Maintain production line equipment with necessary raw materials to minimize downtime
- Computer Operations – Utilize computer systems to tag, ship, and receive materials
- Additional Duties – Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required. 1-3 months of related experience or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication) with whole numbers, and use units of American money and measurements for weight, volume, and distance
- Ability to pass a physical examination for vision, hearing, and mobility
- Demonstrated reliable work history
- Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on precision and quality in all inspection tasks
- Steel-toe boots and required PPE must be always worn
Schedule:
- 2nd shift, | 1:00pm – 9:00pm, | Monday-Friday
- Overtime is voluntary but normally available, including on weekends.
- Must be able to train on 1st shift then transition to 2nd shift
