Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team on a 4-month temporary assignment supporting an active outdoor construction project in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves stacking, moving, and organizing lumber and other construction materials in a shaded outdoor work environment.

Key Responsibilities
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our team on a 4-month temporary assignment supporting an active outdoor construction project in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves stacking, moving, and organizing lumber and other construction materials in a shaded outdoor work environment.
Candidates should be comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the day while maintaining a safe and organized job site. English or bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred, but Spanish-only applicants are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Stack, move, and organize lumber and construction materials throughout the job site.
- Perform heavy lifting and repetitive physical labor in an outdoor environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials as directed.
- Follow all job site safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete daily tasks efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions for the duration of the workday.
- Previous construction, general labor, warehouse, or material handling experience is preferred
- English or bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred; Spanish-only candidates are welcome to apply.
- Must provide your own hard hat and leather work boots (steel-toe boots are not required).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work safely in a fast-paced construction environment.
Employment Type & Compensation
- Temporary | 4-Month Duration (Mid November or Early December)
- Compensation: $25.00 per hour
- Application Period: This position will remain open until filled
Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
