Job Summary
We are hiring General Laborers and Skilled Trade team members to support production within a modular home manufacturing facility in Indianapolis, IN. Opportunities are available across multiple departments including framing, drywall, exteriors, finish carpentry, cabinetry, countertops, and final finish.
These roles range from entry-level utility/floater positions to skilled trade rules requiring prior construction experience. Team members work in a fast-paced production environment assembling residential home components while meeting safety and quality standards.
Most work is performed inside a warehouse environment, with limited positions occasionally supporting the production yard as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble residential building components
- Operate hand and power tools
- Install drywall, siding, insulation, framing, cabinets, trim, or countertops (based on department)
- Follow blueprints and work orders
- Maintain safety and quality standards
- Meet production goals
- Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures
- Wear standard PPE required: Safety Shoes, Glasses, Gloves. Potential: Hard Hat
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Crosstrain as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in construction or related trade
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Team-oriented and willing to be trained
