Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our manufacturing team in Knightstown, IN. This position is responsible for supporting production operations, handling materials, assisting with machine processes, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our manufacturing team in Knightstown, IN. This position is responsible for supporting production operations, handling materials, assisting with machine processes, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with various production and manufacturing processes as assigned.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility.
- Operate basic production equipment and tools following established safety procedures.
- Inspect products for quality and report any defects or issues to supervisors.
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Support team members and production goals to meet daily output requirements.
- Perform general housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures including PPE requirements to perform the job safely
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift weight up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
Employment Type & Compensation
- This is a Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire position
- Pay rate is $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
- Application Window: Open until filled
Work Schedule
- 1st Shift or 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday
