Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift/Reach Truck Operator to safely move, load, unload, pick, and stage materials throughout a warehouse and distribution facility. The ideal candidate has prior forklift or reach truck experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to following safety and inventory procedures.

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift/Reach Truck Operator to safely move, load, unload, pick, and stage materials throughout a warehouse and distribution facility. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklift, reach truck, and other powered industrial equipment as assigned
- Load, unload, pick, and stage products and materials from designated areas and trailers
- Move and stack palletized or crated materials in designated storage locations
- Use RF scanners and inventory-control procedures to accurately locate and move products
- Complete required documentation and maintain accurate production and inventory records
- Follow OSHA, PPE, safety, quality, and company procedures while maintaining a clean work area
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related warehouse or material-handling experience
- Forklift/reach truck operating experience or OSHA forklift certification preferred
- RF scanner experience preferred
- Basic computer and math skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and take direction from multiple supervisors
- Strong work ethic, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and perform multiple warehouse functions through cross-training
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- Spanish language skills preferred
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as required
- Ability to use hands for repetitive tasks and manual dexterity
- Ability to lift and move products and materials as required, including lifting up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable assistance
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment while maintaining awareness of surrounding people, products, and obstacles
- Ability to see at close and distance ranges, including depth perception, peripheral vision, and color recognition
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- 2nd Shift | Monday – Wednesday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM | Thursday 2:30 PM – 7:00 PM
- Overtime | Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Compensation:
- $21.50 per hour
