Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for an immediate, urgent need on our weekend night shift. This role focuses on maintaining the flow of production and ensuring a safe, efficient warehouse environment. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Remove pallets of finished product from the line and store in proper designated areas.
  • Keep all operators and machines stocked with proper materials to maintain a productive and efficient flow.
  • Load and unload trailers.
  • Maintain and refill pallet wrapper(s).
  • Assist all departments when needed for forklift support or general assistance.
  • Manage trash and recycling in bulk using a forklift.
  • Use scanners and computers for reporting and logging materials and finished goods.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies, including safety standards and forklift operation.
  • Adhere to all company policies: GMP, PPE, Food Safety, Sanitation, etc.
  • Maintain sanitation of the forklift and report any mechanical or physical damages.
  • Complete and pass in-house forklift certification training.

Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
  • Good knowledge of safety, sanitation, manufacturing operations, and quality.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Email) and basic software (SAP).
  • Team player with the ability to work well across departments.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, and reach; occasionally lift/move up to 45 lbs.
  • Must wear non-slip closed-in shoes and long pants (no hoodies/strings; long hair must be tied back).

Work Schedule
  • Friday – Sunday, 6:00pm – 6:00am
