Job Summary
We are looking for safety-conscious and experienced Forklift Operators to join our team in Huntersville. We have immediate, urgent openings for our weekend teams, as well as openings for our Monday through Thursday shifts. You will move products and materials to support a high-volume production environment.
Responsibilities
- Transport finished product pallets to designated storage areas.
- Supply machines and operators with necessary materials to prevent downtime.
- Perform trailer loading/unloading and pallet wrapper maintenance.
- Support various departments with forklift operation and general tasks.
- Manage bulk waste and recycling using equipment.
- Utilize scanners and computers (SAP/Excel) for inventory and reporting.
- Maintain rigorous safety, GMP, and sanitation standards.
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report damages.
- Complete required in-house forklift certification.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Successful completion of drug screening and background check.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of manufacturing safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Email).
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs.
- Required attire: Non-slip shoes, long pants, no loose clothing/hoodies, hair secured.
Available Schedules:
- Weekend Day Shift: Friday – Sunday (6:00am – 6:00pm) – URGENT
- Weekend Night Shift: Friday – Sunday (6:00pm – 6:00am) – URGENT
- Weekday Day Shift: Monday – Thursday (6:00am – 6:00pm)
- Weekday Night Shift: Monday – Thursday (6:00pm – 6:00am)
