Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support warehouse and distribution operations. This position is responsible for safely operating powered industrial equipment to move, load, unload, and stage materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and following all safety and quality standards.

This position is responsible for safely operating powered industrial equipment to move, load, unload, and stage materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and following all safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a forklift and other powered industrial equipment to move, load, unload, and stage materials throughout the facility.
- Pick, pack, check, and load products to and from designated storage areas and trailers.
- Stack and stage palletized or crated materials according to inventory and storage requirements.
- Use RF scanners and complete required inventory, shipping, and production documentation.
- Inspect equipment, report safety or operational issues, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow OSHA requirements, PPE guidelines, company safety procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 1+ years of related warehouse or material handling experience.
- Forklift operating experience or OSHA forklift certification preferred.
- RF scanner experience preferred.
- Basic computer and math skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, prioritize tasks, and meet productivity requirements.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from multiple supervisors.
- Ability to learn and perform multiple warehouse functions through cross-training.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
- Spanish language skills preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while working in a warehouse environment.
- Frequent lifting, carrying, reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching may be required.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable assistance.
- Must be able to safely operate warehouse equipment and maintain awareness of surroundings.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Compensation:
- $19.00 per hour
