Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

NCW is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to assist in both preventative and on-demand maintenance activities at our Indianapolis Campus. As Facility Maintenance Coordinator, you will manage the day-to-day maintenance requests of all buildings and grounds and provide hands on repairs and maintenance to facilities and related equipment as directed. When necessary, you will solicit quotes and coordinate contractor/vendor activities on maintenance projects.

WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE:

+ Perform monthly preventive maintenance tasks and reactive work orders as assigned by the Facilities Manager or COO.

+ Assist with miscellaneous building projects, including cleaning office areas, installation of fixtures, equipment relocation, and more as assigned.

+ Maintains inventory of spare parts, supplies, and tools based on actual and/or projected usage.

+ Utilize basic computer skills to maintain digital records of repairs, services, and maintenance schedules, especially when working with outside vendors.

+ Collaborate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and manage schedules without disrupting the operational flow.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

+ Initiative to complete requests in an efficient and courteous manner

+ High levels of open communication with coworkers on projects, both verbal and written

+ Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, if necessary

+ Current experience in facility operations and maintenance with advanced training or certifications in electrical, HVAC, or plumbing is a plus
