JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facility Maintenance Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the functionality and safety of our facilities. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing repair needs, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the property.

This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing repair needs, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the property.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and HVAC maintenance
- Perform routine landscape maintenance such as lawn mowing, tree trimming, weed control, etc.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance
- Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
- Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment for events and activities
- Provide support for facility improvement projects
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- High School diploma required
- Vocational training in mechanical, electrical and construction related fields preferred
- Additional advanced certifications preferred
- Must be willing to obtain various certifications upon employment
- Proven experience in facility maintenance or a related field
- High mechanical aptitude a must
- Proficient computer skills
- Heavy equipment operating experience preferred
- Welding knowledge and fabrication abilities a plus
- Must be a self-starter and complete projects without continual supervision
- Ambitious and “can do” attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have high values in ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects
