Project Details

Electrical Foreman
Pay: $45-$48/hr
Seeking a hands-on working foreman who can lead a crew while working alongside them in the field. Must be capable of managing schedules, coordinating with the customer, maintaining safety standards, and handling complex electrical installations.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership abilities
- Commercial rough-in experience
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
- NEC and OSHA knowledge
- Dependable and capable of running a project with minimal oversight
Journeyman / Electrical Mechanic
Pay: $30-35/hr
Seeking a highly experienced electrician with extensive commercial rough-in experience. This role performs the same field work as the foreman position without supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements:
- 15-20 years of commercial electrical experience preferred
- Blueprint and schematic reading skills
- EMT conduit experience
- Wire pulling, box installation, and panel preparation
- Strong knowledge of NEC requirements
Electrical Helpers
Pay: DOE
Ideal for candidates with electrical construction experience who are looking to grow their careers while working alongside experienced electricians and foremen.
Responsibilities:
- Layout and measuring
- Drilling and preparation for wire routing
- Installing electrical boxes
- Pulling wire and assisting with conduit installation
- Supporting rough-in activities throughout the project
Typical Work Includes
- Commercial electrical rough-in
- Blueprint interpretation
- Box installation
- EMT conduit bending
- MC and Romex cable installation
- Wire pulling
- Panel and circuit preparation
- NEC-compliant installations
Schedule:
6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (shifting to 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM following Daylight Savings Time)
Expect 50-60 hours per week after initial project ramp-up, including potential Saturday work.
