In this role, you will manage daily customer service activities by coordinating deliveries, tracking shipments, preparing documentation, processing billing, and ensuring exceptional service for every customer. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced logistics or warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily customer service activities to ensure timely deliveries and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and distribute shipping documents, customer files, and related paperwork accurately.
- Track shipments and provide customers with timely updates on order status and deliveries.
- Process billing, collect payments, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when appropriate.
- Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate documentation while following company policies and service standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–4 years of customer service experience in an office, warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with WMS systems (Accellos, IRMS, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Ability to communicate with truck drivers and forklift operators effectively in a professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional customer service approach.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Dependable, flexible, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Employment Type & Compensation
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Compensation: $19.50 per hour
- Application Period: This position will remain open until filled
Work Schedule
- Saturday – Sunday | 6:30 AM – Until the job is completed
- Friday – Sunday | 6:30 AM – Until the job is completed
