Commercial Roofing Project Manager
Location: Dallas, Texas
Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000 base + commissions & performance bonuses
 
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager with strong estimating capabilities to oversee projects from preconstruction through close-out. This role is ideal for a professional who can confidently manage client relationships, pricing, scheduling, and execution while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial roofing projects from bid/award through completion
  • Prepare accurate estimates, takeoffs, and proposals
  • Review plans, specifications, and contract documents
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
  • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and materials
  • Maintain communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Track costs, manage change orders, and protect project margins
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
  • Oversee project documentation, billing, and close-out
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of commercial roofing project management experience
  • Strong estimating / takeoff experience
  • Proficiency reading construction drawings & specifications
  • Knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Metal, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with both estimating and project management
  • Familiarity with project management / estimating software
  • OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain)
Compensation & Incentives
