Job Summary
We are seeking Cable Assemblers to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves assembling cable components, following standardized work instructions, performing quality checks, and maintaining accurate production documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble cable products according to SOPs and work instructions
Use hand tools to set up, operate, and disassemble equipment
Perform visual inspections and quality control checks
Track materials, production counts, and scrap using tally sheets
Perform basic math and documentation accurately
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience
Ability to lift to 50 lbs. intermittently
Comfortable working with hand tools
Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
Shifts
1st Shift: 5:00am – 3:30pm (Mon–Thu)
2nd Shift: 3:30pm – 2:00am (Mon–Thu)
