NCW is currently seeking a Field Support Representative to champion our growing labor force nationally. In this role, you can
expect to be a liaison between our field client contacts and our field labor while also providing critical insight into site and
employee needs. To do so, you will be required to travel to various job sites across the country, multiple times a week for multiple
days at a time, relying on your construction and or manufacturing knowledge to communicate with multiple candidates and client
partners. The ideal candidate has a strong desire to help others, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is bilingual in Spanish.

WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE:
+ Conduct job site visits regularly; this entails physically canvassing your assigned site, examining for safety concerns, checking
in with field employees, and communicating with the client contact of that site.
+ Conduct job-site walk-ons with newly hired field employees, ensuring they arrive on time with all proper gear.
+ Use various modes of travel to visit job sites and various forms of technology to connect with field employees
+ Communicate NCW safety culture to field employees and be prepared to implement a disciplinary system for those who violate
those safety standards.
+ Document site information to report back to sales representatives at NCW

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Analytical mind with the desire and ability to solve problems
+ Ability to withstand 10+ hour days on your feet in outdoor elements
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
+ Clean driving record and ability to drive for long periods
+ Ability to lift 75lbs, climb flights of stairs, and work at high elevations
+ Fluency in Spanish and English
+ Strong time management skills, can be counted on to arrive on time
+ On call to perform job duties outside of hours and on weekends
