Business Development Representative – Data Centers – Remote/Hybrid (Milwaukee, WI)
Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Representative to drive growth across our data center portfolio, supporting subcontractors on mission-critical projects. This role focuses on generating new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing work in a fast-moving, high-demand market.
Pay: $70,000 – $100,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to hit revenue targets
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities (full sales cycle)
- Build relationships with executives, project teams, and operations leaders
- Partner with Estimating, PMs, and Operations to align solutions with project needs
- Track pipeline, activity, and forecasts in CRM
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and data center demand
- Represent Doral at industry events and expand network
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of BD/sales experience or project management experience in data centers, construction, or engineering
- Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close deals
- Experience selling construction or subcontractor services preferred
- Ability to read/understand drawings, specs, or CAD (big plus)
- Strong communication, organization, and client-facing skills
