Position Summary:


We are looking for experienced MIG Welders with over 2 years of experience for a full-time position on the 2nd shift. In this role, you will handle various tasks including weld preparation, welding, and weld finishing operations to produce products according to customer drawings, specifications, or other instructions.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate MIG welding equipment safely and efficiently
  • Read and interpret blueprints, prints, and weld symbols
  • Perform part inspections during production using inspection tools and equipment
  • Set up welding equipment and adjust settings for various jobs
  • Maintain welding equipment through daily cleaning and basic maintenance
  • Produce quality welds with minimal rework
  • Always maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Work overtime when required to meet production demands
  • Assist with training and mentoring less experienced welders at advanced levels
Requirements:  
  • High school diploma or GED.  
  • Technical degree or certification in welding.  
  • 2 years of experience in MIG welding (Fabrication experience a plus)  
  • Ability to interpret blueprints. Knowledgeable in machine operations (robotic welding, CNC Press Brake, Bender) is a plus.  
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills. Organizational and time management skills. Basic math skills.  
  • Knowledgeable in measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, protractors
Physical Requirements:
  • Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. as needed  
  • Able to work while standing for extended periods of time
Schedule:
  • 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday
Compensation:  
  • $19.00 – $23.00 per hour, based on experience
