Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Owner's Contract Manager to oversee contract administration and documentation for commercial construction projects. This role will support the owner throughout the project lifecycle by maintaining contract records, monitoring compliance, coordinating documentation, and working closely with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure contract requirements are met.
This is an in-person position. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain owner contract documents, agreements, and project records.
- Review contracts and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Monitor contract requirements, deadlines, insurance, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with Project Management, Operations, Accounting, contractors, and trade partners regarding contract requirements.
- Track contract changes, amendments, approvals, and related documentation.
- Maintain organized contract logs and project files throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate with contractors and project stakeholders to resolve documentation issues and ensure timely follow-through.
- Support project teams with contract administration, compliance, and risk management activities.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in contract administration, construction administration, project coordination, or a related construction support role.
- Experience administering contracts for commercial construction projects preferred; K–12 construction experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, contract processes, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional follow-through.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and DocuSign.
- Experience with Viewpoint Vista, Vista Team, or similar construction management/accounting software preferred.
- Familiarity with AIA or ConsensusDocs contract documents preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in person in the Collin County area.

Schedule:
- Monday – Friday | 8:00 am –5:00 pm
Compensation:
- $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year, based on experience
