Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Subcontractor Administrator to support the administration and execution of subcontract agreements for commercial construction projects. This role will prepare, issue, track, and maintain subcontract documentation while working closely with Project Management, Operations, Accounting, and trade partners to ensure contracts and required documentation are completed accurately and on time.

This role will prepare, issue, track, and maintain subcontract documentation while working closely with Project Management, Operations, Accounting, and trade partners to ensure contracts and required documentation are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, issue, and track subcontract agreements and related documents for awarded trade partners.
- Coordinate the subcontract process from initial issuance through receipt of fully executed agreements.
- Review contracts and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain organized subcontract logs, contract files, and project records.
- Communicate with subcontractors regarding agreements, insurance, required documentation, and contract requirements.
- Support project teams with subcontract administration and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Follow up on outstanding documents and ensure timely completion of subcontract requirements.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in subcontract administration, construction administration, project coordination, or related construction support role.
- Experience with commercial construction subcontract agreements preferred; K–12 construction experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and subcontract processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional follow-through.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and DocuSign.
- Experience with Viewpoint Vista, Vista Team, or similar construction management/accounting software preferred.
- Familiarity with AIA or ConsensusDocs contract documents preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in person in the Collin County area.

Schedule:
- Monday – Friday | 6:00 am – 5:00 pm
Compensation:
- $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year, based on experience
